    We are avilable during working days from Sunday -Thursday , 9:00 am - 3:00 pm -Kuwait .

  • How to Join training program or ask for service ?

    Registration for training programs , or any of our services  requires contacting us by : 

    • Submitting your request via Join us form, or
    • Sending Email, or
    • Sending WhatsApp 
    • Contact deatils in the footer

  • What are the required documents to join?

    Its important that your Name is written correctly as on your official document . To join any of our training program, please provide:

    • Copy of your vaild Civil ID
    • Copy of your Passport -first page 

  • What type of training methods do you offer ?

    our Learning methods depend on the provided program as below :

    • Small Talks  ( online ) 
    •  Awaness Events ( online )
    • Training Programs ( interactive , in-house ) 

  • What type of payment methods do you accept?

    We accept payment in Kuwait only through :

    • Quick Payment Link from Our Company's Bank accouant .
    • Mobile payment “ T-pay for Al-Tijari’s clients “ 
    • Electronic bank transfers to our IBAN .
    • Checks “ accepted from Companies only “ .

    We don’t accept : 

    • Cash.
    • Credit cards.

  • Where I could find my original receipt ?

    Your original receipt will be sent to your registered Email.

    also let us know if you want to address the receipt to your company .  

  • What is your return policy?

    • Full amount will be refunded if cancelation before starting the training program , 
    • 50% of the amount will be refunded if cancelation after 2 days of starting the training program,
    • The full amount cannot be refunded after ending the training program .

  • How can I submit my complaint ?

    We are open to hear your complaint and any comments on our services.


    kindly fill out the complaint form, sign it & submitted not after 1 week of the event.


    Send it to us at the contact details outlined at the end of the Form .


    You’ll receive the final response on your complaint within 15 days . 


    We may contact you within this period to seek further information or clarification (in some instances we may recommend a meeting.
